I like how the receptionist for the second day was friendly and nice the first receptionist was a recist he saw me and start to get angry for a reason I don't know he gave me a room on the last floor that I didn't booked, I rejected the room and told him I didn't booked that room online before he changed it for me I was so angry

The room was clean and so was the linen. It is recommendable that they offer a free drink should you feel that the room doesn't require any cleaning.

The accommodation was comfortable and the bed was comfortable. Location was excelent with the Neumarkt close by. Breakfast was very good too.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The wifi worked fine. The staff was polite. The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the price to amenities ratio was great.

As I read some comments and the rating for the hotel were not so good, so that I did not expect much. However, it was not that bad. Our room is big enough for two, the lights are bright enough as I love bright and clear.

The location was near the centre of Koln, which was a quiet area, and also the shower was good, the TV was okay, the towels were clean and changed daily.

the room was quite big & bathroom also good size - the place where situated is in a good place so not far to walk to main shops etc
